Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You simply forward your existing number to Solara. Your clients always dial the same number they always have.

What if I want to answer some calls myself?

No problem. You can set rules for when Solara answers, for example, only after 3 rings, or only outside business hours. We configure this during setup.

How does Solara know what to say?

During onboarding, we train the AI on your business: your services, your terminology, and exactly how you want calls handled. Solara speaks in your tone and knows your business inside out.

What happens if a caller asks something Solara doesn't know?
