No. You simply forward your existing number to Solara. Your clients always dial the same number they always have.
What if I want to answer some calls myself?
No problem. You can set rules for when Solara answers, for example, only after 3 rings, or only outside business hours. We configure this during setup.
How does Solara know what to say?

What happens if a caller asks something Solara doesn't know?
